Thank you for taking the time to explore our website! My name is Lindsay (Thomas) Frye. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education from Westminster College and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Edinboro University.

Our family resides in Unity Township. My husband, Phil, is a project manager for our family-owned construction company and my biggest supporter. Our children are ages 14, 10, 7, and 2 years old (And yes, that’s as beautifully and wonderfully chaotic as it sounds.)  Our school age children have all attended kindergarten at GLSD, providing unique insight into expectations for children entering kindergarten. I’ve used this knowledge to inform how we grow and change our curriculum to prepare our preschoolers for today’s kindergarten experience. 

 

My interests include cooking and baking, spending time outdoors, Pilates, and prioritizing time together as a family. My favorite foods are coffee (can that be a favorite food?) and chocolate.
